We are all looking towards the summer in the hope that all the restrictions will be lifted, and we can get back to socialising with our friends and family once again so why not spend this time redesigning and planning our outside living spaces ready.
The first thing to think about is how the outside space is used. Do you enjoy eating outside during the warmer months? If the answer to this question is yes, then think about having a table and chairs set that you can sit at to eat your meals instead of having to balance them on your lap. If on the other hand you prefer to sit out in the evenings with a drink to relax then garden furniture sets that include sofas and coffee tables may be more suited to you and your guests.
The sound of running water is always a lovely sound to hear when relaxing in the garden so think about installing a pond or water feature. Do not worry if you have a small garden as even a small water feature can bring a sense of calm and serenity to a seating area.
Plants are an essential part of any outdoor living area so think about planting aromatic flowers and herbs nearby which will give off a wonderful aroma in the space.
